Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland

Standard delivery items will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.

Returns Procedure

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with all original packaging and received by us within 10 working days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with all original packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by post and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.

In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
